Course Delivery Methods
We deliver our loading and unloading course either by:
- Online
- Face-to-face
We aim to make our courses as flexible and convenient as possible, so you can get the training you need, when you need it.
What is Online Learning?
Online learning (or e-Learning) refers to courses that are completed online using a desktop computer or a mobile device (such as an iPad).
Our online courses are an engaging and interactive way to build your knowledge and skills. Our courses are narrated by a ‘Learning Partner’ that talks you through and explains the course content as you complete each module in the course.
Online courses are suited to short courses – usually less than 4 hours – and provide a flexible and convenient way to complete your course. You can access our online courses 24/7, any day of the week.
You have access to our Support Team and qualified Trainers and Assessors via phone and email (during business hours) to provide you with any support that you may need.
What is Face-to-Face Learning?
Face-to-face learning refers to courses that are delivered in a classroom environment by a Trainer.
Face-to-face courses are suited to any type of course where the learners are located in a similar geographical location. They benefit from a Trainer being present throughout the training session, to answer any questions immediately and from participation in group discussions and activities during the session to gain a range of perspectives and input.
Once you have attended the training session, you are then able to complete the final assessments (via our eHub Portal). You still have access to our qualified Trainers and Assessors via phone and email (during business hours) to provide you with any support that you may need.
We can deliver our face-to-face courses in all capital cities or onsite at your organisation (minimum class numbers apply).
